A DYNAMIC BREATHWORK RITUAL

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® combines ancient breathing techniques backed up with the knowledge of contemporary science and the art of electronic music. Both, deep breathing as well as electronic music have the power to let you access higher realms of consciousness.

What is PSYCHEDELIC BREATH?

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a transformative breathing technique that combines elements of ancient yogic breathing practices with contemporary insights from neuroscience and psychotherapy. Developed to create altered states of consciousness without the use of substances, this practice guides participants through a series of intentional, rhythmic breathing patterns. These patterns help to release emotional blockages, promote deep relaxation, and expand awareness, often resulting in profound insights and a sense of inner peace.

How Does It Work?

The practice of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH involves deep, rhythmic breathing cycles, typically done through the mouth, which increase the oxygen levels in your body and alter the balance of carbon dioxide. This shift can induce a state of hyper-oxygenation in the brain, leading to changes in brainwave patterns similar to those experienced in deep meditation or psychedelic states. The session is often accompanied by evocative music, guiding participants through different phases of the breathwork journey, enhancing the overall experience.

What People say

I also think that the psychedelic breath was game-changing for me.

I have been struggling for a year with a terrible nightmare. Every night. I scream out loud, but when I wake up it vanishes and I don't remember it.

That was until the retreat. That same night I woke up and I remembered everything.

Useless to say, it felt like shit and I had terrible panic attacks. But I finally had something to deal with, and as you said that day, sometimes it has to hurt before getting better.

Long story short, a week later I feel SO MUCH BETTER. And already four people in my life told me that they can finally see a glimpse of the old (or maybe a new?) Giulia. I am catching myself laughing for real, dancing around my apartment and sleeping soundly.
